After separate the empty can through feed screw, then the empty can enter into can lift seat of filler driven by feed star wheel, the empty can open filling valve under the action of cam, material flows to the can from bowl, after finish filling, hook chain take the can out of filling valve to lid feeder assembly, proximity sensor detects can and lid descends, can and lid are sent to seamer synchronously.
This machine is core machine in juice / tea drink / protein beverage production line. The can material is tinplate. It is ideal machine for a certain scale beverage factory and cannery.
There are two stations of the whole machine, filling and seaming, ordinary pressure filling, and normal temperature or high temperature.
