Single column palletizer is usually applied to the stacking of heavy packs, such as carton packages, plastic packages, film wrapped packages or barrels with products packed inside already. The machine includes accelerating belts, package sorting table, pallet storage & supply station and working head on a single column, under the synchronous work of package sorting unit and the up & down catching working head, packages are palletized one by one. There is also an automatic pad placing unit to take and put the pad in between every layer. The machine is PCL controlled and in a compact design, it works in high efficiency and saves the manual unloading and stacking by operators. By changing some mechanical parts of the working head, it can work both by sucking or by catching to packages.
