Empty bottle loading part
The vibration plate arrange bottles with right direction then feed bottles through the slide way into rotary chuck.Different size bottle need to use another set vibration plate to change.
Automatic Glue Filling Part
According to different type material, we have three filling methods for your to choose. Gravity filling system, Syringe injection filling system and Pressure tank filling system. The filling accuracy can keep ±0.1g.
Automatic Outer Cap Feeding Part
The vibration plate arrange outer cap with right direction then feed it through the slide way into rotary chuck.
Different size outer cap need to use another set vibration plate to change.
Automatic Cap Capping Part
This servo capping system can adjust the capping torque which will protect the cap.
