Pure water: raw water tank → raw water pump → quartz sand filter → active carbon filter → sodium ion exchanger → precision filter → RO (Reverse Osmosis) → finished water tank
Mineral water: raw water tank → raw water pump →quartz sand filter → active carbon filter → sodium ion exchanger → precision filter → hollow ultrifiltration → finished water tank
Multiple filtration system
Quartz sand filter is used in the first filtration of water treatment. It consists in 304stainless steel. There is quartz sand inside. It divides coarse sand, medium sand and fine sand. It will stop suspend substance through the good quality quartz sand, and also protect the following machines and also clean the water this machine can achieve the back washing itself through the manual valve device, and can prolong the life of machine also.
Sodium Ion exchanger also called softener, that soften theory is Exchanging Na** of resin itself instead of Ca**Mg** of water resource with Ion to make water resource soften and become soft water. The ion exchange soften machine is used for cutting down hardness of water.
