a, filling part
gravity filling with holding bottle neck, the special back flow type of the filling valve can avoid leakage after filling and also control liquid level accurately.
b, capping part
Capping part is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader ( separated ), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment. Capping effect is stable and reliable, defective rate ≤0.2%.
